Before July 28th, we need to hear from you if any of these describe your situation:

✅ You're rotating out as facilitator and your group is ready for something new

✅ You're rotating out but your group wants to keep going (help us find your replacement!)

✅ You've got a great idea for a new LifeGroup, or you're ready to lead something different
